i don't know from where did that came from,.....
anyway i established this blog because i signed up for neobux.com
First things first: you need alertpay(company similar to paypal) account and a neobux account. I visited their website and was greeted by the usual sales pitch as to why I should become a member:

This is where i need you, because i need referrals to speed things up, so i can can convince myself and others reading this blog this whole thing(pay to click) is or isn't a scam.
First limit for payout is 2dollars and payout is instant, so i guess this this wont take long to reach.
